For more than 60 years, San Mateo Little League American has introduced the game of baseball to the youth in San Mateo and Burlingame. Each year, approximately 500 players participate in activities such as swinging bats, throwing and catching balls, forming new friendships, and reconnecting with old friends. Trinta Park remains lively, filled with neighbors from our communities who come together to enjoy our national pastime.

Established in 1958, we take pride in the tradition that SMLLA upholds every Spring and Fall. We are dedicated to ensuring that this tradition continues well into the future for our neighborhoods.

SMLLA operates under the charter of Little League Inc. of Williamsport, P.A., adhering to all rules and regulations outlined in their Official Rule Book and Operating Policies.

San Mateo Little League American is dedicated to being an exceptional educational-athletic organization with the following ideals, ensuring a high-quality experience for each athlete:

2. Instilling the values of good sportsmanship, loyalty, and respect for one another and authority.
