Happy Friday! All San Mateo fields are open! Softball will be happening at Joinville and Fitz-Central.

Trinta Park is home to SMLLA and is primarily used to host Games. There are two full fields (North & South), a batting cage, a Snack Shack, and a playground and basketball hoop area. The younger age divisions typically play on South (which is has smaller dimensions) and the older kids typically play on North (which is larger).
All of our fields, including Trinta, are managed and maintained by the City of San Mateo, Parks and Recreation Department. SMLLA is an authorized,/permitted user during our Seasons (Spring & Fall). SMLLA maintains the infield at our home field, Trinta Park.
Please take pride in all of our fields.
Games are played in the rain unless field or weather conditions become a safety hazard. Please assume games are ON unless you see a text alert, see an update on the web or hear from your manager. Sign up here to receive SMS Alerts from SMLLA.
For practice fields other than Trinta, please review the San Mateo Parks and Recreation Field Updates Twitter Page. The City of San Mateo does post when they close all fields. We have the permits for Trinta Park and the City knows how much time and effort that we put into our fields. They have graciously let SMLLA determine if a game should or should not be played based on field conditions. They are keenly aware that SMLLA would not do anything to compromise the integrity of our beloved field.
