Adult Volunteer Registration

2024 Adult Volunteer Registration is Open

San Mateo Little League American run by volunteers.  We rely on parent volunteers to run and operate our league for all divisions.

We rely on the energy and passion of the volunteers who govern and administer our league, manage and coach our teams, schedule and run our games, run our events, manage our fields, umpire our games, and keep our kids safe.

We need your time and talents. Each family is expected to volunteer in some way, in either a team support or a league support position. There is a job to fit the interests and availability of everyone. Some are one-time, some are ongoing. If you have special skills, we'd love to hear about it.

Below are the following volunteer opportunities available:

  • Board Members
  • Team Managers for all Divisions
  • Team Assistant Coaches for all Divisions
  • Game Scorekeepers (Single A - Juniors)
  • Game Day - Field Prep
  • Game Day - Field Supervisors

On an annual basis, all adult volunteers must complete a set of local and national requirements in order to be certified by our VP of Safety and receive a volunteer badge.

Register as an adult volunteer.

Please review the SMLLA Volunteer Status List. In order to receive a field badge, you must complete all of the necessary requirements. Please find your name and review what has been satisfied in prior years to and what still needs to be completed.

All requirements need to be completed prior to opening day.
