Please review the 2022 SMLLA Volunteer Status List. In order to receive a badge, you must complete all of the necessary requirements. Please find your name and review what has been satisfied for the 2022 season and what still needs to be completed.
All requirements need to be completed prior to opening day on March 5th.
2022 VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:
ALL Volunteers must submit the Adult Volunteer Registration form EVERY year.
If you are not listed on the latest “Status List”, you still need to complete registration using the link above.
Provide proof of vaccination (full dose + 14 days, boosters optional) or exemption to the VP of Safety. Please provide a photo of your vaccine card (or similar) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or present it in person on Feb 5th or 12th. These will be kept confidential.
All Board Members and on-field volunteers (Managers and Coaches for all Divisions) will be required to participate in the following:
In Person - All NEW Volunteers need to attend one of our Safety Days. Our LAST Safety Day is Saturday, February 12th from 9am to 12pm at Trinta Park.
9am - 10 Fingerprinting (“Live Scan”, 1 time only).
10:00am - 10:45 First Aid Training (every 3 years).
Online (self-paced) - email completion information to email@example.com.
Social and Emotional Training (from “Positive Coaching Alliance”, every 3 years).
Concussion Training (“Heads Up”, 45 mins, every 3 years).
Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training (“Eric Paredes Save A Life Foundation”, 20 mins, every 3 years).
SMLLA reserves the right to not issue or revoke a field badge for any reason.
