Juniors Division

Little League doesn't stop at 12 years old.  The Juniors division enables 13-15 year old players to continue playing baseball.  The majority of players are 13-14 years old but 15 year olds are eligible.  This division plays on a "big field" which is with a 54 foot mound / 80 foot bases or 60 foot mound / 90 foot bases.  SMLLA teams play other Juniors teams around the District (Hillsborough, Alpine, Half Moon Bay, etc).   Standings are kept and the season culminates with a postseason playoff tournament.  Players are considered for an Intermediate (13U) All Star Team and/or Juniors (14U) All Star Team that represent SMLLA during the post-season tournaments run by CA District 52 Little League tournament.
